What's in it and why it matters

Three ingredients. That's it. No proprietary blend hiding behind a trade name. No synthetic additions nobody can pronounce.

• Premium Yorkshire linseed (cold-pressed) - high in Omega 3 with balanced Omega 6, naturally low in sugar, with good levels of slow-release energy. The amino acids in linseed - including arginine - kick-start protein synthesis. Branched chain amino acids support repair. It's the nutritional foundation for muscle recovery, not a stimulant
• Turmeric (curcumin) - the science behind this one is solid. Curcumin has been shown to improve antioxidant status, support mitochondrial function, reduce oxidative stress and improve vascular supply - all of which matter when a muscle is repairing after hard work. It also works on the inflammation cycle directly, helping the body move through damage and into recovery faster
• Black pepper - activates curcumin's bioavailability. Without it, most of the turmeric passes straight through. With it, the body actually uses it
